On February 19th we have a Full Moon in Virgo. A moon that’s being fallen a super full moon, due to its close proximity to the Earth.
This Full Moon is setting the assignment of living your best life now.
And, if you are not, then it’s super likely that you are feeling the frustration, angst, irritability, anger and annoyance.
For some this is playing out as simmering and quiet frustration. Whereas, for others we are seeing sudden outbursts of frustration. However, it plays out for you it may well be worth taking the time to identify the real issue at play and steps you can take to change things.
This really is about taking personal responsibility for what you can do. Focusing more attention here, rather than on the things you cannot control.
Here are some additional intuitive Full Moon musings and support:
The Full Moon shines a light on what’s going on beneath the surface. Those hidden emotions, fears and shadows that have been ignored or suppressed. However, this Full Moon is illuminating things that you may not have been aware of. Now, depending on what is revealed, this has potential to really stir things up both within and without.
The key is to be objective.
Using your inner wisdom to support you in moving beyond repeating old conditioned responses. Flipping your perspective so that you can learn, change or heal from what is being illuminated.
When you do this you see that what is being illuminated is actually supporting you in aligning with those intentions set at the time of the February New Moon.
There’s a sense of wanting to look at self care. Not only as a #selcaresunday pastime but as something that you do on a daily basis.
Ask yourself the questions:
- How do you take time to care for and nurture yourself daily?
- How do you show up for yourself?
- Am I taking care of me or just giving, giving, giving to others?
This kind of self care is about creating balance and harmony from the inside out.
Use this time to make some simple (or radical) adjustments to your routine. It could be your morning, evening or beauty routine that needs a little shake up. This is about practical change though. Things that you can do on a regular basis that fits in with all of the other things that you have to do. Virgo is practical and realistic. It’s an Earth sign. So, this isn’t about going wild.
Whatever it is be sure to make those adjustments so that you feel energised, aligned and beautiful from the inside out.
Although the Full Moon is about endings, competition and closure, Virgo energy is creating that sense of finishing what you started.
This could relate to a project, business, relationship or self development.
Maybe you know you’ve not really been investing as much time and energy as you could have. You’ve had all the talk and good intentions, yet not truly followed through. Maybe, the truth is you’re just not feeling it anymore and it’s time to let go or put it on the backburner.
Discover what the truth is for you and dig deep to find the courage to change.
Identify the first steps and build on from there. Brainstorm a to-do list of steps to take, people to contact and actions to take. Journal it out.
