Energy healing is a natural way to treat the whole person, whilst promoting relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.

Often in life, we experience challenging situations or trauma and, although may pass we can often store the energy of that situation in our body. This can lead to illness, fatigue and tension in our body, as well as feeling stuck in life. Energy healing sessions offer an alternative and complementary solution to this problem. Facilitating the flow of energy around the body and the letting of energy that is not supporting your wellbeing.

What can you expect during a healing session?
The session begins with you getting into a relaxed state and closing your eyes,

With your permission, I will place my hands on your shoulders or hover them over your shoulders. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session.

I then hold the space for you to receive Divine healing from the Angels and Source energy (who I refer to as God).

Healing works by the Angels/God going to the root cause of the issue that you may be experiencing spiritually, emotionally or physically, including: past lives, ancestral patterns and childhood, for example.

Everybody’s experience during a healing session is different and it can vary from one session to a next. However, typical experiences include: falling asleep, a tingling session, going into a relaxed or meditative state, visions, feeling the energy moving through your body, change in temperature or nothing at all. Whatever, your experience the healing will be working at a level and pace that is appropriate for you.

How many sessions will I need?
Healing is a personal experience. So, you may need only one session or a series of sessions to experience the full benefits of the healing. Equally, many people are now incorporating energy healing into their self-care practice and having sessions on a monthly basis.
